Welcome to the Victoria Youth Triathlon

Vancouver Island’s Premier Youth Triathlon. A full range of youth distances from a 50m swim/1.5K bike/500m run to a 300m swim/9K bike/3K run depending on age.
2026 BC Super Series
The Victoria Youth Triathlon is part of the BC Super Series. The first heat of the day is a draft legal race for Junior Elite athletes.
A Great New Venue
Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and spectated in 2025 at our new venue at Panorama Rec. Panorama is a fantastic venue for the Victoria Youth Triathlon and the inaugural race at this location was a resounding success. We are already looking forward to 2026. Mark May 31 on your calendar and watch for registration to open in the fall.
The Race Course
The swim will take place in the Panorama Recreation Centre Pool. The Bike course is a closed loop course completely contained within the Panorama Rec Centre parking lots. The run course is a loop course on the grass and pathways on the Rec Centre grounds.

Vancouver Island Youth Triathlon Series
The Victoria Youth Triathlon is part of the Kersten Orthodontics Vancouver Island Youth Tri Series along with the Tri of Compassion and the Cowichan Challenge. Everyone who completes all three races in the series received a coveted Youth Series hoody.
At Panorama Recreation Centre
The Victoria Youth Triathlon is the premier youth triathlon on Vancouver Island. Join us on May 31 at the Panorama Recreation Centre for the 2026 Victoria Youth Triathlon, proudly brought to you by Human Powered Racing.
Represent your school. There is an award presented each year to the school with the greatest number of participants at the Victoria Youth Triathlon.
